We loved this place! The location was fantastic, right on the water with stunning views of the islands. It was so convenient being close to the JR station, making it easy for us to explore the area in the morning. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who spoke English. The free shuttle service was a great perk, allowing us to easily get around and see the sights. The welcome drink and happy hour were a nice touch, and the room amenities were excellent, with everything from a mini-bar to free Wi-Fi. We also enjoyed the hot spring bath and public bath facilities, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

We had a picture-perfect view of the bay, the red bridge, and an awe-inspiring sunrise. The kaiseki dinner was served with perfect timing, allowing us to savor each delicious dish. Despite some confusion about the showering procedure for the open-air bath, the experience was incredible. I highly recommend this hotel for its stunning views and delectable meals.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel with the breathtaking view of the bay, island and pines. The half-board arrangement was definitely worth it as the food was delicious, fresh and well-prepared. Not to mention, the lounge area provides matcha and drinks with a foot onsen. The staff was incredibly attentive and always available to answer any questions I had regarding Japanese culture.
Nothing to dislike.

Celebrating New Year at this hotel was a truly unique experience! The view was breathtaking, with an amazing sight of the bay. The traditional Japanese room was comfortable, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The private Onsen was totally relaxing, offering us a free and Zen-like experience. The food was delicious and made us experience Japanese cuisine in all its varieties.
Visitors must be prepared to accept that the food served here is authentically Japanese. Some tourists might find the cuisine a little challenging, as it presents unusual dishes and ingredients.

The customer service was excellent and the private onsen was amazing. The views were breathtaking, especially during sunrise. The hotel location was perfect and easy to access.
The walk to the main attractions was a bit far and the hallways smelled of smoke and seemed a bit old. However, the rooms were comfortable with traditional Japanese futon beds and luxury amenities.
Tourists from India often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
